I spent the session prepping parts. Each of the parts below had the holes deburred and edges cleaned. A few of the parts also had holes that were dimpled or countersunk. I will explain below....
This is the F-14141 Baggage Floor Splice. The #40 holes were countersunk for two nutplate installation (on the inside with the screw hole in the middle) and one #30 hole for use riveting to one of the Baggage Ribs.
Here’s the F-01405G Flap Motor Channel. Each flange has 10 #40 holes that were dimpled for nutplate installation.
The F-01466-L & -R Flap Motor Brackets.....

I also prepared the F-01447-L & -R Baggage Floors, but forgot to take a photo. I will show the two Baggage Floors during the next session after being Akzo primed. During the next session, I will treat all these pieces with Alumiprep and Alodine and spray with Akzo primer.
